I am looking for small business borrowers requiring working capital, equipment, and commercial real estate loans. These loans can be conventional short term business loans or bank loans guaranteed by the SBA 7a and 504 guaranty program guidelines which provide for fully amortized loans over 7 - 10 years for working capital and 20 - 25 years for real estate. We also provide conventional business revolving lines of credit, term loans and personal lines of credit. Commercial construction loans and multi unit (4) residential construction loans are also provided as well as long term financing of completed projects. Referral fees are paid.
