Turnaround:
The Plan Check turnaround is approximately one to two weeks.

Payment:
Payment does not need to be submitted with the plans. When plans are completed, the plans examiner will contact the applicant and inform him or her of the total amount due. Checks should be made out to the "City of Torrance."
