The used book sales and special programs sponsored by the Friends of the Torrance Library are brought to you through the efforts of an all too small group of active volunteers. This core group plans sales and programs, maintains the on-going sales tables in the library and, for the used book sales, sorts and stores large quantities of material, prepares the community meeting room, and conducts the sales. Like the Marine Corps., we always need a few more good people to carry on this fine work.

If you can spend a few hours a week on a regular basis or can assist us several times a year in preparing for the used book sales, please contact any one of the following Friends of the Torrance Library Board members.
