Cable & Community Relations Under the direction of the City Manager's Office, the Office of Cable and Community Relations is responsible for management of: the cable television franchise agreement and enforcement of customer service standards; video and audio/visual services; still photography; programming of four cable television channels; operation and programming of the traffic and road conditions radio station, CitiSOUNDS; Citywide Web Content; Community Relations; Public Information and management and operation of public access facilities and services.
