Pat McIntyre, Council Member : E-mail Pat McIntyre was elected to her first term on the City Council in 2002 and re-elected in June 6, 2006. She is currently serving as Chair of the Employee Relations Committee and is a member of the Citizen Development and Enrichment Committee as well as the Finance and Governmental Operations Committee and is also Chair of the Rose Float Ad Hoc Committee. Prior to being elected to the Council, she served on the Library, Civil Service and Planning Commissions. Councilwoman McIntyre also serves on the Board of Directors for the Torrance Symphony Association. Mrs. McIntyre has been involved in charitable organization administration with the Salvation Army for more than 15 years.
