A $100 deposit is required for all reservations.

Resident Non Profit groups may be required to obtain or show proof of their 501(c) 3 status.  If not provided, the resident non profit status may be obtained by providing a roster of club members, of which 50% are required to be Torrance residents.

Policy Statement: It is proposed that the Airport meeting room be considered a significant space resource to the community non-profit clubs and associations.
