  • Torrance Libraries do NOT carry tax forms.  Forms can be retrieved from the following websites:  IRS - www.irs.gov/formspub/index.html; CA Franchise Tax Board - http://www.ftb.ca.gov/.  Forms can be printed from the Internet at all Library locations at a cost of $.15/page.

  • Branch library refurbishment - The last of the City's five branch libraries to be refurbished, the North Torrance Library at 3604 Artesia Boulevard, is currently closed and will reopen in June.
