Torrance Historical Society Museum
1345 Post Ave., Torrance, CA 90501

When the City of Torrance opened the Civic Center Library (Katy Geissert Library), the Post Avenue Library was closed and turned over to the Senior Citizens Council and the Torrance Historical Society. The building is now solely occupied by the Society and has been turned into a museum. The museum houses many interesting permanent exhibits, and their collection is continually growing. The Society has an annual fund raiser in October.

All persons interested in our local heritage are invited and encouraged to become members of the Torrance Historical Society.
