City Hall is accessible from 3 different freeways:
405 (San Diego Freeway)
Traveling south exit on Redondo Beach Blvd., turn left (east) at the end of the off ramp to Prairie Ave., turn right (south) on Prairie to Torrance Blvd., turn left (east) on Torrance Blvd.
Traveling north exit on Crenshaw Blvd., turn left at the end of the off ramp onto 182nd Street, then left (south) onto Crenshaw Blvd. to Torrance Blvd., turn right (west) on Torrance Blvd.
110 (Harbor Freeway)
Traveling north or south exit Torrance Blvd., at the end of the off ramp turn left on Hamilton Avenue and then right on to Torrance Blvd.
91 (Artesia Freeway)
Traveling west, the freeway becomes Artesia Blvd. Stay on Artesia Blvd. to Crenshaw Blvd. Turn left on Crenshaw Blvd. (south) to Torrance Blvd. and turn right (west) on Torrance Blvd.
