NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing to be held before the City of Torrance City Council on November 17, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. has been POSTPONED. A public workshop will be held on December 15, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. and a public hearing will be held on January 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Torrance City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance, California.
